Registration for the Conference

As of Tuesday, September 6, conference registration will be accepted only at the conference site. On-site registration will be offered at an increased price.

Web site concert registration will end at 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 8. Tickets will be available at the Stone Pony on the evening of the performance at an increased price.

You will be notified promptly of any cancellations or schedule or program changes. Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment in the program and provide additional information on final registration.

Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Refunds will be made for cancellations received by August 19, 2005, and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. The name and contact information of the substitute participant must be provided in advance of the conference dates.

The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
